As a health coach I get to be a part of people transforming their lives in ways they never thought possible. I have also learned the true meaning of never judge a book by its cover. Every person has a unique story that helped make them who they are. My story started 8 years ago when I found out I had a rare form of cancer. Even though I would never want to repeat the experience, it helped make me who I am today. I started down a healing path which I will be walking the rest of my life.
I attended Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a year long health coaching program, and I fell in love with this profession from the very first day.
My husband and I currently reside in beautiful Grants Pass, Oregon where we enjoy raising our two children. Our days off consist of river rafting, hiking, gardening, and enjoying all Oregon has to offer.
